This honey comes from the Upper Galilee area of the Land of Israel. 3,200 years ago the tribe of Naphtali settled in this biblical part of the Holy Land, which has a craggy, wooded terrain. The city of Safat, known as the spiritual centre for learning kabala, is the main town in the area. The high altitude, peace, quiet and holy burial sites have contributed to the city`s magnetism for pilgrims, artists and mystics.
