Lamdani Brand Honeys are relying on professionalism without compromise of the owners. The apiary is equipped with capabilities to process and pack monofloral or special regional honeys. We implement a total tracking system with barcode technology enabling complete reference to production, control and records.

The quality assurance methodology is backed by highly trained personnel. At present we develop special software to maintain all operational records.

At the heart of our quality control system is Lamdani`s organoleptic expertise. This is backed by use of calibrated refract-o-meters (water determination), microscopes (disease and floral identification), balances and heat controllers.

Batch samples are tested for a wide range of analyses for carbohydrate spectrums, HMF, pH, enzymatic activity and trace elements content. These tests are performed periodically at certified laboratories in Israel (ISO 17025 for honey analysis). The honeys are tested for a full range of antibiotic or other residues at the National Laboratories for Veterinary Services that belong to the Ministry of Agriculture.

These means are meant to convey the message to our end customers – quality and food safety without compromise.
